Meet Brittney

Hi Mama! I’m Brittney, founder of Fit Mama by Brittney Harrison — a postpartum fitness coach, mom of two (via two c-sections just 21 months apart), and a believer that strength can be rebuilt with grace, consistency, and expert support.

With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, a Master’s in Public Health, and certification as a Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, I bring not only credentials but deep, personal experience into every coaching relationship. I understand what it’s like to feel exhausted, disconnected from your body, and unsure how to squeeze in workouts while chasing a toddler and feeding a newborn around the clock.

Fit Mama by Brittney Harrison was born from that reality — because I couldn’t find a space that combined evidence-based recovery, faith-rooted encouragement, and workouts that actually fit a mama’s real-life schedule.

Now, I help other mamas do what I’ve done: Rebuild strength, restore confidence, and move forward with grace.
