Hi Mama! I’m Brittney, founder of Fit Mama by Brittney Harrison — a postpartum fitness coach, Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, and mama of two C-section babies born just 21 months apart. I’m a believer that strength can be rebuilt with grace, consistency, and expert support.

With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, a Master’s in Public Health, and certifications as a Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist and Holistic Nutrition Consultant, I bring both expert training and lived experience to the table. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by exhaustion, and unsure how to care for yourself while pouring everything into your little ones.

Fit Mama by Brittney Harrison was born from that very place— because I couldn’t find a space that combined evidence-based recovery, faith-rooted encouragement, and workouts that actually fit a mama’s real-life schedule.

Here, fitness isn’t about perfection— it’s about stewardship. It’s about rebuilding your strength from the inside out, fueling your body with intention, and anchoring your motherhood journey in the truth that you are already deeply loved and equipped by a faithful God.

Held the last Saturday of every month at 9 AM EST on Google Meet, this class offers core connection and gentle full body strength for postpartum mamas — whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum. Babies, toddlers, and preschoolers welcome!

All participants must be cleared by their doctor to begin exercise.

Come as you are and move alongside a community of mamas who get it. We laugh, modify, pause for diaper changes, and encourage each other through every season. You’re not meant to do this alone — and here, you don’t have to.
